On 13th October 2022, this court did order that the Plaintiff pay the 2nd Defendant Kshs. 500,000.00 as a condition for an injunction pending the hearing on the matter. The condition has not been complied with and no reason proffered for failure to comply with the order. The application dated 06.10.2022 which is for the injunction is now dismissed for want of compliance with conditions imposed for the grant of the interim injunction.
