RULING
The matter involves a property of a deceased person which has not been subjected to succession.
The parties to this suit are relatives who all have rights under the tittle and it is important that the Plaintiff rights under her husband are ascertained through the succession proceedings to enable her deal with the portion which her husband is entitled to.
As agreed, through the consent recorded on 24/07/24, this matter is hereby marked as settled with no orders as to costs.
Parties are advised to initiate and undertake succession of the property known as L.R Transmara/Kimintet “C”/11 as soon as practical.
