Revision from Makueni MCCRC 533 of 2023
Court: I have read the PACs report on sentence Review. This is the 3rd time the offender is in the system. For those reasons he has been found unsuitable for release. In my view this is a person mentally and physically fit gaming the system. WE ought not to allow him to do so.
The offender's sentence is revised to 1 year suspended sentence, on the condition that he does not commit any offence during that 1 year. He is to be released from prison custody forthwith unless otherwise legally held.
