The application dated 22.11.2022 seeks to execute judgment entered on 30.12.2023. The application is struck as it is incompetent for want for compliance with Order 22 rule 7 of the Civil Procedure Rules which provides for the manner in which execution application should be made. Moreover, the Deputy Registrar has jurisdiction to deal with execution applications. No order as to costs.
