I have looked at the Ex parte Applicant's Chamber Summons application dated 31s July 2024 and filed on 1st August 2024 and the undated Supporting Affidavit of James Aggrey Mwamu and the enclosures therein and noted that the said Chamber Summons application was not in compliance with the High Court Recess Rules. I therefore decline to certify the same as urgent and/or to admit the same for hearing during the High Court Recess and/or to grant any order. I hereby direct that the said Chamber Summons application be listed for hearing and/or directions and/or for further orders on 18th September 2024 before the judge who will have been allocated to deal with the matter. Orders accordingly.
