The Advocates application dated 01.08.2022 is allowed as it is not opposed and no reference has been filed. Judgment is accordingly entered for the Advocates against the Client/Respondent for Kshs. 1,172,194.80 together with interest thereon at 14% p.a. from 24.06.2022 until payment in full. The Respondent shall pay costs assessed to Kshs. 15,000.00 only.
