SENTENCE REVIEW

1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced on 8th January 2024 to a fine of Ksh 10,000 in default 3 months’ imprisonment for offensive conduct and Ksh 5000 for malicious damage to property in default 1 month imprisonment . He had been in custody from 5th January 2024,
4. The sentence is revised to period already served.
5. He be set at liberty unless otherwise legally held.
