UPON reading and considering the application dated 17 th June 2026, together with the grounds relied on, the supporting affidavit and annexures thereto, presented to this court by Counsel for the Applicant, AND UPON confirming that service was duly effected and no response from the Respondent filed, this application is hereby deemed unopposed and as such;
