By the notice of motion dated 22.5.2026 and supported by the affidavit of James Musungu Wandera, the applicant seeks that judgement be entered in their favour as per certificate of costs issued on the 26.2.2026 and that the court issues a decree for the sum of Ksh 1,194,397 in terms of the certificate of costs and interest at 14% from 3.5.2023.
