1. I have considered the application dated 10 June 2024 together with the affidavit sworn on even date. Based on the reasons set out on the face of the motion and the further grounds set out in the affidavit I find it appropriate to allow the applicant to serve by way of substituted service.
2. The application is allowed as prayed for.
3. The applicant shall advertise in a national newspaper in addition to the other process contemplated in the application.
