RULING
1. In this file, the Defendant did notify the Court that it had handled a file against a sister company while it was in private practice.
2. In essence, the Defendant was not comfortable with proceeding before the Court.
3. In view of the issue, the file is hereby transferred to Environment and Land Court (1) for determination.
4. The file will be placed before ELC (1) on 7.05.2026.
5. The 1st Defendant will serve a mention notice on the Plaintiff Counsel within 7 days from today’s date.
