I have carefully read the Application dated 26 May 2025 seeking to review the directions that were given by this Court on 23 May 2025. The directions required the Appellant to furnish the Court with a copy of the Affidavit of Means filed in the Kadhi's Court, since the same was not part of the Record of Appeal, yet seems to have been referred to by the Kadhi in his judgement of 19 September 2024. In his Supporting Affidavit, the Appellant confirms that he did not file any Affidavit of Means in the trial court. In the premise, the requirement to furnish this Court with a copy of the said Affidavit is dispensed with. The Court will proceed to consider the appeal without the Affidavit of Means.
