1. I have considered the application dated 30th April, 2024. I am satisfied that the same has been served on the respondent and so has today’s hearing notice as evidenced by the affidavit of service dated 14th May, 2024.
2. There being no response from the respondent the same is allowed as prayed. The file shall be reconstructed within the next 30 days.
