1. This a Summary Ruling on the Petitioners/Applicants' Notice of Motion Application dated 04/06/2025 seeking extension of time for filing an appeal on the basis of the delay in uploading the Judgment dated and delivered on 27/03/2025.
2. I am satisfied that the same is merely procedural and it is also merited. Consequently, the Petitioners/Applicants' Notice of Motion Application dated 04/06/2025 is allowed in the following terms:
a) Leave to appeal, if so required by law, is granted;
b) Time to lodge an appeal against the Judgment of this Court dated and issued on 27/03/2025 shall be for a period of thirty (30) days from the date hereof; and
c) Each Party shall bear its own costs, if any.
3. Certified copies of judgment and proceedings to be typed and availed on priority.
4. File closed accordingly.
