1. The Applicant was charged, convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with 204 of the Penal Code in Malindi High Court Criminal Case No. 3 of 2010.
2. The Applicant then appealed in Malindi Court of Appeal Criminal Appeal No. 2 of 2016 vide judgment delivered on 7th December 2017 where the appeal was dismissed.
3. In Petition No. 8 of 2022, Mombasa, the life sentence was substituted with 60 years on 28.9.2023 by Hon. Lady Justice Sewe.
4. The Applicant had also filed multiple causes in Malindi, Mombasa and Kwale seeking similar remedies and the latest one being Kwale H.C. Petition No. 8 of 2022 which considered his application for review of sentence on 28.9.2023.
5. The Applicant should cease from clogging the court system with endless vexatious litigation. The application is dismissed.
