- The Applicant was found guilty on his own plea on the offence of stealing contrary to Section 268(1) as read with Section 275 of the Penal Code and was sentenced to a fine of Kshs 50,000 or imprisonment of 6 months.
- A sentence review report dated 17th October, 2024 by Ramadhan Mohamed registered that the Applicant was disinterested in the sentence review process and declined to be interviewed citing that he was willing to serve his term in prison as he only had few days to his EPD.
- I have considered the Sentence Review Report and I find that since the Applicant had chosen to serve his sentence to completion, which he has done
- The application has been overtaken by events and it is dismissed.
