RULING
1. Upon the Petitioners' Notice of Motion dated 13th day of January 2026 coming up for directions before me this 14th day of January 2026, I have noted that the same involves possession of business premises wherefore it falls under the purview of the Environment and Land Court pursuant to the provisions of article 162 (2) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and Section 13 of the Environment and Land Court Act . I thus order that this petition be transfer to the Environment and Land Court Bungoma for hearing and determination.
