RULING
THIS MATTER is an Application filed under a Certificate of Urgency, Notice of motion and supporting Affidavit by Applicant Monicah Wambui Kimani dated 22nd April 2024, coming up before Hon. Justice Mohochi S.M. AND UPON READING the Notice of Motion together with the supporting Affidavit dated 19th April 2024, sworn by Monicah Wambui Kimani. The court hereby observes that no Prejudice shall be occasioned upon the respondent if this Application is entertained ex-parte and Orders as follows;
