Ruling
Upon Considering the Application filed under certificate of urgency this court is constrained to allow the same noting that the delay occasioned was on the part of the court and that the Record of Appeal is ready for filing. No prejudice shall be occasioned if time to file the Appeal was enlarged. This court thus orders as follows;1. The Application is dully certified as urgent its service being dispensed with in this instance.
2. The Time provided for, to file the Appeal in the Court of Appeal is accordingly extended.
3. The Shall file the substantive Appeal within Seven (7) days of this Order.
