1. I have seen the application dated 11/12/2024 seeking to stay this matter pending the hearing and determination of HCCOMM E030 of 2020. Upon considering the supporting affidavit and the evidence provided by the applicant and also noting that the application is not opposed, I deem it fit to grant the orders sought. This will save on judicial time as the two matters have a direct bearing on each other.
2. As such, there shall be a stay of proceedings in this matter pending the hearing and determination of HCCOMM E030 of 2020.
