I have considered the oral application made by the Petitioners’ Advocate in court today, the 11th of June, 2026, during the mention of the matter, where all the advocates were present. There being no objection from any of the parties and in the interest of justice, I direct and rule as follows;
a) The Petitioner to file and serve the Application upon the Respondents forthwith but not later than close of business today, 11th June, 2026, and file an Affidavit of service.
b) Upon receipt of service, the Respondents are directed to file and serve their response within fourteen (14) days.
c) The Petitioner is hereby granted leave to file and serve any further response, if any, upon receipt of service, together with their written submissions in fourteen (14) days.
d) Thereafter, the Respondents to file written submissions in response within fourteen (14) days.
e) This Application is to be canvassed by way of written submissions, which written submissions should not exceed five (5) pages each.
f) The case is scheduled for mention on the 17th September, 2026 for final directions and to fix a Ruling and Judgment date.
g) All parties to kindly ensure strict compliance to the timelines herein.
