The Appellant has filed an application dated 06.03.2023 seeking an order an stay of the ruling delivered on 17.02.2023 by which the Subordinate Court dismissed the suit for want of prosecution. Since the suit was dismissed, there is nothing to stay hence the application lacks merit. The application is dismissed with no order as to costs as it was not opposed.
