I have read the applicant's application dated 30 April 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the application be served for inter partes hearing before Wangari, J. on 23 July 2025. In the meantime, the formal proof scheduled for 14 May 2025 is suspended pending the hearing of the defendant/applicant's application. It is so ordered.
