RULING
1. Whereas the petitioner had moved this court vide a petition dated 4/7/2025 filed simultaneous with a Notice of Motion and whereas directions had been given for a mention of the main petition on 19/8/2025, the 3rd and 4th respondents have filed a Notice of Motion dated 4/8/2025 wherein they are craving that a consent order dated 4/8/2025 be adopted as an order of this court.
2. The petitioner, the 1st and 2nd respondents are all in agreement that the petition herein be withdrawn.
3. Given that all parties including the 5th respondent were duly served with the petition, and the applications filed herein, as evident from the affidavit of service sworn by Kelvin Opare on 6/8/2025, I do hereby allow the application dated 4.6.2025 and I make the following orders:
i. The petition dated 4.7.2025 is hereby marked as withdrawn.
ii. The costs of this petition shall be borne by the 3rd and 4th respondents upon taxation.
iii. This file is marked as closed.
