In the application dated 16.09.2022, the 2nd Defendant seeks to dismiss the suit for want of prosecution. The application is not opposed. It is allowed on terms that the suit is now dismissed with costs to the 2nd Defendant. Since the 2nd Defendant joined the First Third Party, its costs to be paid by the 2nd Defendant who shall be indemnified by the Plaintiff. The shall be no order as to costs for all the other parties.
