I have considered the Chamber Summons dated 9.1.26 brought under a certificate of urgency seeking the admiission of the chamber summons dated 8.1.26 for hearing during the court's recess. For reasons stated , i admit the Summons dated 8.1.26 for hearing as prayed.
On perusal of the application dated 8.1.26, the grounds in support and the affidavit evidence, am satisfied that maintenance of the status quo shall be in the interests of the subject estate and beneficiaries. In that regard, prayer 2 is allowed pending further orders of court.
The application be served. Response be filed in 14 days. Leave for a supplementary affidavit, if desired, is hereby granted to be filed within 4 days of service of response.
