I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 23rd July 2025, the supporting affidavit, as well as the annexures attached thereto.
I am not convinced that there are reasonable grounds to vary the previous orders. Under the circumstances, I decline to issue the orders sought. Hearing of the previous application will proceed as scheduled interpartes on 28th July 2025.
