RULING

  1. Based on the application and submissions by the 2nd Defendant/Applicant the Court makes the following orders;
  2. An order of Eviction be and is hereby   issued against the Plaintiff over L.R No. UASIN GISHU/KIMUMU/1216 and 1217 forthwith.
  3. The Court Bailiff is directed to ensure compliance of this Orders.
  4. There will be no costs of the application.
