RULING
1. Upon admitting the Appellant's Notice of Motion dated 23.12.2025 for hearing during the High Court Vacation, I have duly considered the same and the supporting affidavit sworn by George Gitamo Onsombi on even date and I note that there is no citation of the case whose decision the appellant impugns wherefore the application herein is fatally defective and I therefore strike it out with no orders as to costs
