MERIS NOLKILORIT SARONE AND NASHIPAE NOOLBARISHO VS LEONARD OLE SEME AND PETRO SARUNI OLE KOITAAT AND 2 Others

This matter has not had any steps taken by the Plaintiff to prosecute the same.

1. The Court on its own motion issued a Notice to Show Cause to the Plaintiff which was listed for hearing on 18.11.2024.
2. On this date, one Counsel known as Serpepi attended Court and expressed his intention to come on record and proceed with the matter.
3. The Court allowed the Counsel to file his Notice of Appointment and/or change of advocates so that further directions on the hearing would be taken today.
4. Unfortunately, the said Counsel has not filed any Notice of Change of advocates and is not present in court.
5. Consequently, this suit is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution with costs in favour of the Defendant.
