'1. I have considered the garnishee application dated 21st August 2025, together with the replying affidavit sworn on 2nd September 2025 by Dorothy Obunga, the Garnishee’s Priority Relationship Manager. The garnishee confirms that there are funds sufficient to settle the decretal amount.
2. In the circumstances, the garnishee order nisi issued on 26th August 2025 be and is hereby made absolute, directing the garnishee to pay, out of the deposits which are held by the garnishee in the judgment debtor’s account, the sum of Kshs. 100,643.73 in addition to the costs of these proceedings assessed at Kshs. 10,000/=.
3. The garnishee’s costs assessed at Kshs. 30,000/= shall equally be paid in priority, out of the stated funds.
