The application dated 12.04.2023 is for judgment under section 51(2) of the Advocates Act. It is not opposed save that the Respondent states that it requires 30 days to make payment. The application is allowed on terms that judgment is entered for the Advocates against the Client for the sum of Kshs. 9,013,709.00 with interest thereon at 12% p.a from 26.01.2023 until payment in full. The Respondent shall pay costs of the application assessed at Kshs. 15,000.00 only.
There shall be stay of execution for 30 days only.
