I have read the applicant's application dated 22 April 2026, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for mention for direction on the manner of its disposal on 11 May 2026. In the meantime, a Garnishee Order Nisi is hereby issued against the Garnishee, Stanbic Bank l{enya Limited, to satisfy the Decree in RBAT Appeals Numbers 6 and 7 of 2021 of l{shs. 477,799,000.00, plus interest at court rates from the 30th March, 2026 and costs of the Garnishee proceedings and all the monies deposited with the Garnishee by the 1st to 9th Respondents, Respondents/Judgement Debtors and/or their Predecessors and/or Successors, and/or Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme/KCHS (specifically the sum of l{shs. 477,799,000.00 plus interest at court rates from the 30th March, 2026 plus costs of the Garnishee proceedings) in Account No. 0130063201 or any other Bank Account held by the 1st to the 9th Respondents/Judgement Debtors and/or their Predecessors and/or
Successors in Title and/o the said Scheme, with the Garnishee, be attached and not be released or transferred to any person pending the hearing and determination of this Application.
