The Chamber Summons application dated 26th January, 2026 seeks for an order that the firm of Owiti Otieno & Ragot Advocates cease acting for the Plaintiff.

Affidavit of Service sworn on 28th February, 2026 shows that parties were served with hearing notice for hearing of the application on 18th May, 2026. There was no response filed to the application. There was no attendance on 18th May, 2026 by the respondent.
I have considered the application and the grounds upon which it is brought. It is the Applicant’s case that it no longer has instructions to act for the Plaintiff. The application is allowed. No orders as to costs.
