1. I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 18th February 2026, vide which a stay of execution of the decision made on 25th June 2025 is sought. I note that the Memorandum of Appeal is dated 18th February 2026.
2. Although the matter appears urgent, I am of the view that it would not be in the interest of justice to issue orders exparte. I therefore direct that the said Motion be served upon the Respondent forthwith for hearing interpartes on 2nd March 2026.
