1. The Originating ‘Summons dated 22.03.2024 is not accompanied with an Official Search of the suit property known as L.R No.Eldoret Municipality Block 14/604/64.
2. Consequently, the Originating Summons dated 22.03.2024 is incompetent for hearing and the same is hereby struck out forthwith.
3. The 1st – 6th Respondent are awarded costs.
4. The file is closed.
