The Notice of Motion dated 27 April 2026 is not supported by a supporting affidavit. The applicant has further stated that she is unable to proceed on the date of the hearing. The application contains no more than allegations and is in substance defective. The interim orders issued on 5th May 2026 are discharged and the application is struck out with costs.
