RULING

1. The Application dated 11.06.2025 will be canvassed by way of written submissions.
2. The Applicant is directed to prepare, file and serve their further affidavit if need be together with their submission in support of the Application.
3. The Respondent is directed to prepare, file and serve their submissions in opposition of the Application within 30 days upon service of the Applicants submissions.
4. The Application dated 11.06.2025 will be mentioned on the 24.11.2025 to confirm compliance and fix a ruling date.
5. In the meantime, the Defendant/Respondent are hereby prohibited by way of injunction from encroaching, entering and using the suit property in any way and/or manner including ploughing, planting, cultivating and/or developing any structures and/or improvements pending the hearing and determination of this application.
6. For avoidance of doubt, the injunctive order hereinabove should not be construed as demolition orders and/or an eviction order against the Respondents if any is on the suit property.
