The submissions were filed in the Case Tracking System on 9^th September 2024 by Mr Peter Mbuya Warindu. The submissions are drawn by Peter M. Warindu & Company Advocates. Neither Mr Peter Mbuya Warindu nor the firm of Peter M. Warindu & Company are on record for the First and Second Defendants.

I agree with Mr Mboya that the submissions are improperly on record. I hereby strike them out. The First and Second Defendants to file and serve written submissions within Seven (7) days from today.
