RULING
1. Pending the hearing and determination of the Application, the Defendant/Respondent are hereby prohibited from entering, using, selling and/or interfering with the portion of land measuring 5acres within L.R Moiben/Loikinyei Block 6 (Loikinyei)/46 in occupation by the Applicant.
2. The Applicant is directed to re-enter and take possession on the 5 acres in which she was in occupation with the deceased husband forthwith.
3. The Applicant is directed to notify the OCS-Ziwa Police Station of her re-entry and ensure she is given adequate security during her stay pending the determination of this matter.
4. The pre-trial will be on 18.02.2026.
5. The matter will be heard on 20.04.2026.
6. There will be a site visit on 13.02.2026.
