I have read the applicant's application dated 8 June 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The judgment whose execution is sought to be stayed was delivered in November 2025. I have not found sufficient reason why it has taken the applicant more than six months to file the application for stay. Accordingly, I am not satisfied that this application is urgent. I direct that the application be served for directions on the manner of its disposal on 23 July 2026.
