I have read the applicant's application dated 4 July 2025. It is apparent on the face of the application that the appeal arises out of an Environment and Land Case. Appeals arising from this sort of case go to the Environment and Land Court. Accordingly, I direct that this suit be transferred to the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa. The same may be mentioned before the Presiding Judge ELC on 10 July 2025 for such directions as are necessary. It is so ordered.
