I have read the applicant's application dated 10 July 2026, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent. I am also satisfied that the applicant merits prayers 2 and 3. To be precise, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. That pending the hearing and determination of this Application, there be a stay of execution against the Claimant/Applicant and the 2nd Respondent, its servants, agents and/or auctioneers be restrained from proceeding with the proclamation, attachment, removal and/or sale of the Claimant/Applicant's property.
2. That the sum of Kshs. 999,270/= already deposited in Court be released to the Claimant/Applicant and/or paid towards satisfaction of the satisfaction of the decree.
3. The application shall be mentioned on 23 September 2026 for such directions or orders as may be necessary.
