1. I have considered the Notice of Motion application dated 19th January 2026 , vide which the applicant seeks leave of the court to file a supplementary record of appeal. I note that this matter is pending judgment before his lordship, Ngaah, J, on 8th May 2026. Under the circumstances, I order that the application be served within three days of the date hereof for an interpartes hearing on 18th March 2026 .
