RULING
1. Whereas the primary suit involves an employment and labour relation subject matter, this court lacks the jurisdiction to hear and determine it given the provisions of article 162 (2) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, wherefore I hereby transfer it to the Employment and Labour Relations Court for hearing and determination.
