I have read the Notice of Motion dated 11th February 2025 and the supporting affidavit of the applicant. In my view the application is urgent as the minor is in danger of missing school for want of full payment of the school fees.
It is, therefore, necessary that the said application be heard at the earliest possible time so that the court may issue any orders it may deem as being justified.
Under the circumstances, I order that the Notice of Motion dated 11th February 2025 be heard on 25th February 2025.
Orders accordingly.
