Applicant seeks that his sentence be reviewed to run concurrently, while dismissing the appeal in Criminal Appeal No. E059 of 2021 Justice Wendoh had this to say:-
“The Appellant was sentenced to serve 10 years on each count to run consecutively. The sentence is not excessive taking into account the circumstances of this case. The Appellant was using prayer to lure and abuse young girls and, who knows what hence he has done to many others. I decline to interfere with the sentence.”
The Applicants application was therefore dealt with on the above appeal on 6.10.22 and it is dismissed.
