1. I have carefully considered the application dated 18.12.24 filed under certificate of urgency.
2. This is an Employment and labour relations matter .
3. This court lacks Jurisdiction to hear and determine it pursuant to Article 165 (5) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya.
4. I proceed to transfer the matter to ELRC registry at Kisii . for placment before the Kisumu ELRC Duty Judge for directions /furthewr orders .
