UPON reading and considering the Application dated 19 th September 2025, together with the grounds relied on, the supporting affidavit and annexures thereto, presented to this Court by Counsel for the Applicant, AND UPON confirming that service was duly effected and no response from the Respondent filed, this Application is hereby deemed unopposed, and as such;

1. The Application dated 19 th September 2025is hereby allowed.
2. Judgement is hereby entered for the sum of Kshs. 167,633/= as per the Certificate of Taxation dated 24 th August 2023 with interest at Court rates, from the date of taxation until payment in full.
