RULING

1.   By consent the Application dated 29.09.2025 is compromised in the following manner;

(a)   The Plaintiff/Applicant is hereby allowed possession of the suit property pending the hearing and determination of the main suit.

(b)   During the pendency  of the hearing, the Plaintiff/Applicant is prohibited from making any alteration on the suit property by either constructing or removing any items from the said property.

(c)   The costs of the application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
